Shippers Support is an owner-operator based carrier with 48 state authority offering transportation service to customers utilizing dry vans, refrigerated vans and step decks. We are a small company consisting of four drivers at present, all operating under lease agreement with their own equipment.
Objective: While it is our goal to build the fleet and provide a broader range of services, we will always maintain our company as a small operation. This plan will afford us the opportunity to offer better services by keeping the daily operations more manageable and personal for each driver. There is no ‘corporate attitude’ and we consider ourselves more family oriented. All we expect is for each member of the team to do their best to provide professional, courteous, safe and prompt service to our customers. We are willing to venture into straight truck expedited type services. If you own a straight truck and would like to join our team, we will use our many resources to load your truck for the zones you are permitted to operate in. Though we do not have any direct shippers established at present, we can secure loads for you via our broker customers. There are three program options that you can select from per your preference and truck type: 1. Lease on with your own trailer or arrange for your own rental trailer. 2. Work as a ‘power-only’ unit utilizing temporary empty trailers we might be able to locate to use for 10 to 14 days before terminating at a requested location, or do tow-away service moving loaded trailers on a one-way basis; or both. 3. Use your straight truck to transport LTL and/or expedited cargo as made available by our customers.
