Is Going By Fast. Why Let Even On More Minute Go By Before You
Start Your
New Career In The Freight Business?
The
Power Of Two Magic Phrases
Hi
there, Robert Johnson here. Are you looking to get started in
the Freight Business? If so, did you know that there are two
Magic Phrases that can virtually insure your success?
I
am not going to make you read through a bunch of garbage or give you a
hight pressure sales pitch just for you to find out what both
Magic Phrases are.
I am going to give you both Magic Phrases and explain what they are in just a few seconds.
As
you read this you information
that I am
about to give you, you will find that myself and my family have been in
the Freight and Trucking Business for four generations and you might
just find that I know what I am talking about and I am going to share
some of the knowledge with you right here so that you can get started
in the Freight Business right away.
We
Johnson's have managed to weather all of the changes that have come in four generations of the Freight and Trucking business
including the Great Depression in that time with the help
of the two Magic
Phrases. I am going to teach you both of them right here, right now.
The
first Magic Phrase
is Applied
Knowledge.
Please
note that all of the education and training in the world does
not count
unless it meets the following criteria.
1. It
has to be the right knowledge. Applying the wrong knowledge, education,
or training
to a situation will bring you Zero
(O) results and in some cases it
will make things worse.
2. Once
you have the right knowledge you have to apply it at the right place
and at the right time.
My
Great Grandfather

If
you are new to the Freight Business you may or may not know
that
the business itself is currently undergoing massive changes .
High
fuel prices are pinching profits of companies and Owner Operators
everywhere.
Yet,
there is still a lot of money to be made in the business.
People
still need to buy groceries, clothes, gas, and everything else we use
to live and all of this is still shipped by trucks.
What Exactly Am I Talking About?
Well
first we need to have some definitions for what we are talking about
when discussing the Freight Business. Since the Freight Business is
Regulated by the Government, what better source to get it from than the
horses mouth so to speak?
Now I am
not sure how responsive your Congressman is, and yes I know that their
approval rating is lower than dirt these days and rightfully so as
many are worse than worthless, and you have to
wonder if they are not out to ruin our country, but the one in my
District
happens to be very efficient,
responsive, and just
a nice guy who actually does his job. Yes, I know it is hard
to believe.
I asked
him for the latest definitions according to the Government and here is
what I received.

Dear Mr. Johnson:
Thank
you for contacting me regarding freight brokers and freight broker
agents. I appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with me.
A
freight broker
is an individual or company that serves as a liaison between another
individual or company that needs shipping services and an authorized
motor carrier. Though a freight broker plays an important role in the
movement of cargo, the broker doesn't function as a shipper or a
carrier. Instead, a freight broker works to determine the needs of a
shipper and connects that shipper with a carrier willing to transport
the items at an acceptable price.
To
operate as a freight broker, a business or individual must obtain
a license from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety
Administration (FMCSA). Freight brokers are also expected to carry insurance to protect both their
business clients and their customers from loss. In many areas, freight
brokers are required to carry surety bonds as well. Many freight
brokers gain experience in the industry by working for a shipper or
carrier. In this way, an aspiring broker can gain technical knowledge,
as well as vital business contacts. Others enroll
in freight broker training courses.
Some freight
brokers begin their careers as agents rather than actual brokers.
Freight broker agents are independent contractors who work as
representatives of a broker.
These
agents
handle assigned areas and are able to operate locally even without
having numerous contacts in the industry. Start up costs for broker
agents are usually minimal. Typically, a computer, telephone, and fax
machine are all that is required to work as a home-based agent for a freight
broker.
I share
your concern for ensuring quality and professionalism in these fields.
So
much of America's infrastructure depends on freight transit and the
agencies and educators that provide industry training and criteria must
be held to high standards. I take my oversight responsibility of the
federal government very seriously and I assure you that I will continue
to monitor this issue and keep your thoughts in mind should legislation
come before Congress.
I
hope you will find this information helpful. Please do not hesitate to
contact us with any other concerns or questions you may have. You can
reach us by phone at (202) 225-2676, or by e-mail through our website
at http://jordan.house.gov.
Sincerely,
Jim Jordan
Member of Congress
So,
there you have it. The Honorable Mr. Jordan actually brings
up some great points too.
He talks
about acquiring technical knowledge and contacts, both of which are
absolutely important in the Freight Industry.
Why Am I Telling You This?
My
Dad and my Grandfather
Well, frankly because Trucking and the Freight Business are in my blood
and I am tired of seeing so many people pay hundreds or even
thousands of dollars for programs that supposedly teach you the
business but are just a waste of money.
Am I
suggesting that all of the programs out there are bad?
No.
But I
would have to say honestly that the vast majority of them are.
Since I
believe that actions speak louder than words, that is why I
developed IXL
Freight Training.
Which Brings Us To Our Next Magic
Phrase
The
second Magic Phrase
is NOW.
"NOW" is
the most important world in the entrepreneur's and successful peoples
vocabulary.
Non-entrepreneurs
and people that do not succeed are always doing things "later."
It's
amazing.
So-called
normal people act as if there is all the time in the world.
There
isn't.
We get paid
for the things we do. Not the things we think about doing or the things
we talk about doing, but what we actually do.
Thinking
and talking can go on forever.
The
opportunity to do something positive now that moves
you forward is not something to put off for another day.
There
are two things that YOU
can do NOW
that can get you started the right way in the Freight
Business.
1. Pick up the phone
and call 1-937-465-4391
and ask me any question that you like about the Freight Business. The
is my direct line that I answer, so if I am on the phone (which happens
a lot) just leave me a message and I will get back with you ASAP.
2. Put your Name and
Email in the boxes below and I will send you some great FREE
information on becoming a Broker and Agent.
The best
time to do this is right NOW.
Doing
things NOW,
probably more than any other factor, is at the root of
success in life and business and especially in the Freight Business.
It Just Gets Better and Better
One
of our very first "New" Stock Trailers

In the
old days, if you had a truck and and a trailer, you could get set up in
business the same day. But now there are more and regulations, along with more and
more hurdles. Many people find all of this overwhelming.
Which frankly is
good for us.
What
this means for you is if you get the right Education and Applied
Knowledge, and then you use it NOW, you can be
way ahead of the competition.
Others
have gotten their training from us and gone on to create their own
little Freight "empires."
I just
don't see these kind of results coming from any other training
programs.
In fact,
I've been asking for years for someone to show me a single training
that
can compare with the results our students get - and I've gotten no
takers.
It's a Jungle Out There
In case
you hadn't noticed, not everyone who has entered the Internet Education
world in the last few years is looking out for you.
Myself,
I'm not sure how I'd ever sort it all out if I were just getting
started again today.
However,
you can greatly simplify your life and accelerate your learning curve
by taking the two Free steps I have given you above and taking a
look and a listen to what I, and the rest of the team have put together.
Thanks
for your time and good luck! For those of you that took my advice and
did something NOW,
congratulations! I will be talking with you soon.
Best
regards,
Robert
Johnson
